favicon.png Ensures the adherence to legislation, regulation, policies and procedures in accordance with ministerial guidelines. Ensure efficient and effective management of office.

favicon.png Maintains efficient, effective and timely delivery of programs, initiatives, and services.

favicon.png Liaises with local programs, police, and social service agencies in order to promote victims services.

favicon.png Provides accurate and comprehensive statistics as required by the Ministry and prepares written status reports as requested.

favicon.png Supervises and monitors the work of staff, identifies opportunities for occupational development and reports unresolved or contentious issues to the Board of Directors.

favicon.png Being available to be on call for Team Leaders as required as well as to be on scene as per the program standards.

 

Program Coordinator

favicon.png Assisting victims of crime and tragic circumstance with practical and emotional support and referrals

favicon.png Supporting the Executive Director and High Risk Victim Coordination as needed

favicon.png Volunteer Manager – keep schedule up-to-date to ensure 24 hour on-scene service is available with volunteers

favicon.png Victim Follow-up and case management as needed

favicon.png Keeping resources lists up-to-date

favicon.png Coordinating the VQRP program and making sure clients receive appropriate service

favicon.png Provide assistance in completing forms to receive financial assistance such as CICB, VQRP, $10 000 for Families of Homicide, etc.

favicon.png Completing needs assessments and risk assessments.

favicon.png Date entry.

favicon.png Being available to be on call for Team Leaders as required as well as to be on scene as per the program standards.
